The economy has a lot of employers cutting back out of necessity. But how much is too much? Stephanie A. Lloyd worries that some employers are taking advantage of their workers in ways that will come back to haunt them when the economy turns around. But not all cutbacks have to be insulting, right? What are some of the (hopefully nondemoralizing) steps that your company is taking to save money?
