Jersey Mike’s president talks about the company’s growth and giving back

If you haven’t seen a Jersey Mike’s sub shop in your town, chances are you will soon. The company opened its first store in Point Pleasant, N.J., on the famed Jersey Shore in 1956, and years of slow growth have given way to last year’s record unit growth of 15%.
