		<description>This is an intriguing subject.  Key influencers are driven by key elements of a product that will perhaps highlight an added value that even the brand didn&#039;t realize sometimes. This is especially true for SAAS type products which I have experience in. If an individual within the company has the clarity of also being able to identify this added-value component (normally a marketing person will have this power of analysis as they see the big picture), a company can utilize this individual to interface with social media dialogue with these external influencers as they&#039;ll be on the same wave length.
