		<description>Hi, think all this is interesting and a definite way for managers to begin to move towards social media. However in all these cases you&#039;re using external social media platforms where your possibilities are limited by the functionality of the site. I think the next level is to adopt your own social networking platform which will allow your stakeholders (clients, potential clients, business partners etc) to communicate with you around the issues that are relevant to them and to you. This then becomes a real conversation, rather than a push-strategy.</description>
