For me the first two points of concern are highly interlinked as if you are concerned that you do not have enough time to manage all points of engagement then this would lead to a concern over the ROI of the campaign itself. Social media can deliver your desired ROI if enough time is invested to execute the campaign effectively. If you are willing to take the inital risk in this medium then you have made a very important first step.
