		<description>Very interesting take on social marketing. The point that really hit home to me is that you have to be able to accept a high failure rate. Many of the seeds don&#039;t sprout. But, the fact that you spread so many seeds means that eventually a few of them will. I will be looking into the ebook. Great post!

By offering the dandelion allegory, Jeremy points to something that&#039;s vital for any organization looking to leverage social media (and who isn&#039;t?):  Just because you send lots of seeds a&#039;sailing doesn&#039;t mean you&#039;re a dandelion.  Know your essence, and you can be confident in what will grow when the seeds take root.</description>
