The Web isn’t just changing book publishing — it’s also changing how books are publicized. Rebekah Denn considers the case of a pair of cookbook authors who have made the traditional book-reading tour obsolete with their engaging and pervasive social media presence. “The beauty of Twitter or Facebook is, the only people who get your message are people who have publicly said they want it.
