At the recent MIMA Summit, Ford’s Scott Monty shared a few insights on how social media works for one of the largest U.S. companies. Monty explains that Ford’s challenges include bringing the company together and injecting a little humanity into a corporate behemoth. “It’s not just about getting on Twitter and being chit chatty.
