If you’re creating content that your customers/fans/visitors have come to depend on, congratulations — you’re a service provider. Jason Falls argues that having great content creates a service relationship with your clients. Once that relationship is established, however, it behooves you to take care of them, otherwise you risk losing them forever. For more great social media content check out SmartBrief on Social Media.
