		<description>Absolutely!  It is still amazing how many companies behave like the proverbial ostrich.  Or the see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil monkeys.  Customers communicate regardless of whether companies listen.  But for those that listen (and then act) the results can be amazingly positive.
