It’s amazing how much these social platforms such as twitter and facebook has taken off. Soon these will be a normal part of everyone’s just like cars and cell phones. However, I’m not sure how safe it will be to meet up with people in real life that you meet on twitter. Anyone can create a twitter account, but you have no way of knowing who they are in real life. This is a real primer. During the dutch elections twitter was used to check the tweeted votes. Very nice development.
