		<description>Love this article and full of some excellent advice. The advice uses many of the principles of Asset-Based Thinking that Dr. Kathy Cramer and I espouse and teach. 
 
I&#039;ve spent all of my 40+ years careen in the brand building business and ave always made sure that I worked with non-profits. In addition to all the personal satisfaction and positive impact this involvement generates, I believe it has also made me a better and more savvy marketer. My latest involvement on the Board of The Founders Affiliate of The American Heart Association reinforces this belief. 
 
Keep the good advice coming.
