		<description>Thanks for sharing these stats, Lance. I&#8217;d be curious to get more details from the 34 percent that claim they have employment brand covered, however. Today, we hear that many of our clients are evaluating the steps they need to take to build employment brand, and I think a steady economic recovery is going to continue to increase the discussion around what and how to ensure a solid employment brand.
