		<description>Martha, you&#039;ve really addressed an important issue here. In this twitch-speed environment the task has all too often become the only relevant entity.  In my consulting, I find that what people need most is clarity and meaning in their roles. Not only will they perform better for customers but they&#039;ll gain a sense of purpose in what they do.
